We normally despatch items within 48 hours of receipt of your order. If an item is out of stock, it will be marked "backordered" on your order acknowledgement and sent out as soon as they are available.
Deliveries: For deliveries we use a reliable transport company that have fleets of tail-lift lorries to help ensure that the unloading of heavier items is as straight forward as possible… but, with some of the lifts weighing nearly a ton, you will need to make absolutely sure that you have the right equipment and enough muscle to cope with the weight when they arrive

RETURNS If you wish to return an item due to any reason, you must contact me within 24hours of receiving the item. Please note that you will be responsible for the postal costs of returning the item. For unwanted items, you may send the item back at your own cost and we will refund you less our handling charges and our sending out carriage costs. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to decline a refund if the item has been used and/or are not suitable for re-sale. For all other returns the refund will be for the value of the item and excluding postage costs. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT IMPORTANT: Please check packaging and if damaged, please record on the couriers? delivery docket "PACKAGE DAMAGED". This will allow claims to be processed via the courier.
